Réseaux 2D obtenus par fusion de nanoparticules colloïdales

The group is interested in 2D system based on graphene, transition metal dichalcogenides and colloidally grown nanocrystals. Combining 2D atomically flat system, such as graphene or MoS2, for their exceptional transport properties with nanocrystals for their optical feature is a very active field of research where transport phenomena between the different materials still need to be better understood. We in particular use the transport and phototransport as a probe to get information on the charge transfer process at the layer scale. This activity is conducted in collaboration with Abdelkarim Ouerghi from LPN.
